Directions

Tear the baked Idaho® russet potatoes into 1-2” pieces and refrigerate overnight.To cook, preheat fryer to 350° F.Once heated, drop torn potatoes into the oil and deep fry for 3-4 minutes or until golden and crisp.Drain off excess oil and season as desired. Serve topped with your favorite toppings.
