Roasted Red Pepper Alfredo

Delicious rich and creamy Alfredo pasta with OPA Roasted Pepper Greek Yogurt Dressing.


12 oz Linguine pasta
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. Litehouse® Instantly Fresh Garlic
1 onion, diced
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup OPA Roasted Pepper
4 oz. Litehouse® Feta Crumbles
1/2 cup grated parmesan
Salt and Pepper


In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta, drain.  Heat olive oil in a sauce pan over medium heat. Add garlic and onion, stir frequently,until onions have become translucent.  Stir in milk, Feta and Parmesan until cheese has melted. Remove sauce from het and stir in OPA.  Season with salt and pepper.  Combine with pasta and serve hot.  Garnish with parmesan if desired.
