1 lb Special Crab Meat (mix o white an dark meats)
1 each egg whipped
6 oz Bread Crumbs
4 oz OPA Kalamata Feta Dressing
Garnish of pitted Kalamata Olives and Litehouse Feta and Instantly Fresh Parsley
Wash hands. Pick the crab meat for shells. In bowl mix all ingredients gently, as to not break up the meat. Mix with OPA Kalamata Feta Dressing. Form small 1/2 dollar sized patty of crab cake heated saute pan, heat oil until it starts to "ripple" in the pan. Slowly drop each patty into the oil a fry until golden brown on both sides.
