Caprese Flat Bread

Fresh Classical Capese salad made into an enjoyable on trend flat bread; was the “pop” of a cork coming out of a nice Chianti I just heard ?!

Ingredients

8 each Roma Tomatoes,
diced 1/4cup LH IF Garlic – 1/8 cup goes in Mayo
1½ cups of Mayo
Salt and pepper to taste
4 cups shredded mozzarella
½ cup grated parmesan
½ cup LH IF Basil
EVO and Balsamic Glaze

Directions

Flat bread (either make own or purchase) – spread out the garlic mayo on the bread. Top with Mozzarella cheese, drain chopped tomatoes and place on top (thin layer) top off with Parmesan Cheese – put in a 350 degree oven for 5-7 minutes, until crisp and bubbly. Garnish the top – while hot – with the LH IF Basil
