1 lb angel hair pasta
1 medium onion
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 lbs asparagus chopped in 1/2” pieces
Salt and pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese to taste

1 to 1 1/2 c. Litehouse® Red Wine Olive Oil Vinaigrette
In a large skillet, sauté 1 medium minced onion in 1 tbsp Olive Oil until lightly browned. Add chopped asparagus stems and tips. Cook until tender, tossing frequently. Mix in 1 to 1 ½ cups Litehouse Red Wine and Olive Oil Dressing. Add salt and pepper to taste. Toss with cooked and drained angel hair spaghetti and serve hot or cold. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
